AI automation
Workflows, AI phone calls, outbound and follow-up, document processing, and CRM and data pipelines that take repeated work off your team.
What we build
We start from your existing process. We learn how the work is done today, then automate the repeated parts. People stay in the loop for the decisions that matter, so the automation prepares and checks the work and a person approves it where it counts.
Workflows
A workflow is a set of steps that run on their own when something happens, such as a form being submitted or an email arriving. Each step passes its result to the next.
You might want one when the same sequence of tasks is done by hand every day, and the steps are clear enough to write down.
Agents
An agent is software that uses an AI model to work through a task with several steps, choosing which tool to use next, such as searching a record or drafting a reply. It works within limits we set.
You might want one when the task needs some judgement about what to do next, but the output can still be reviewed by a person before it is used.
AI phone calls
An AI voice agent answers inbound calls or makes outbound ones. It can answer common questions from information you approve, take a message, book a time and pass the call to a person. You might want this if calls go unanswered after hours, or if your team spends much of the day on the same questions.
Outbound
Automated outreach by phone, email or SMS to a list you choose. Common uses are confirming appointments, returning to past enquiries and qualifying new leads. You decide who is contacted, what is said and when it stops, and we set it up to fit the consent and contact rules that apply to you.
Follow-up
Automatic follow-up after an enquiry, quote, missed call or meeting. The system sends the next message on the schedule you set, records it in your CRM, stops when the person replies, and flags the conversations that need someone from your team.
Document processing
Document processing means reading documents such as forms, letters and PDFs, pulling out the information in them, and checking it against what you expect. The results are laid out for a person to review.
You might want it when staff spend hours reading and re-typing from documents, and a first pass would give them a head start.
CRM and data pipelines
A CRM pipeline keeps your customer records up to date by moving information in from your other systems automatically. A data pipeline moves and tidies data between systems on a schedule.
You might want one when the same details are entered in two or three places, when records fall out of step, or when reports depend on someone exporting and combining files.
How the work runs
1
Scope
We start by working out what the software needs to do, and what is out of scope. Nothing is built until we agree on that.
2
Build
We build in small steps and show you working software in a demo each week, so you can correct course early.
3
Handover
You get the code, the documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run it.
